What We Do
Current Instrument
An AI governance assurance methodology for UAE financial services.
A complete methodology for the UAE financial services regulatory environment, spanning seven assessment domains, producing standardised, board-ready governance outputs, and anchored across the full UAE financial-services regulatory stack — the CBUAE regime, the federal data-protection and financial-crime frameworks, and the DIFC and ADGM free-zone regimes.
The outputs are built to support independent examination, not only internal governance design — a position that can be shown to a third party, an auditor or a regulator, rather than asserted internally.
Assessment Domains
Seven domains.
Across all seven domains, the method is anchored so that each assessment can be traced to a named regulatory provision and defended under examination rather than merely asserted.

Transfer
An outright, field-of-use transfer.
A single, bounded, exclusive right for one acquirer in the UAE financial services field.
Ownership and economics pass entirely to the acquirer. The practice retains all other sectors and all other jurisdictions.
Verification
Verifiable before reliance.
It is built to be tested by the acquirer under their own conditions, and to produce work that withstands independent examination — established by the acquirer for themselves, rather than taken on trust.
Initial verification can begin against published regulation, before any commitment; detailed materials are then shared confidentially with qualified parties and their advisers.
Qualified parties and their advisers are welcome to enquire. Contact
